About the role

Join our team of dedicated insurance sales professionals. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our remote sales team based in Nashville, United States. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Present product features and benefits to potential customers
• Close sales through effective communication and negotiation skills
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
