About the role

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting healthcare providers. This role requires high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of customer service experience in a call center, and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges they encounter while using the product or service
  • Listen actively to understand the root of the issue and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information
  • Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs
  • Provide recommendations and guidance in a way that adds value and enhances the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Work from home environment in a private residence matching the address on file
  • Comfortable working with company-issued equipment such as a webcam if applicable
  • An Internet/Broadband Internet Connection such as DSL or Cable is required (5G not accepted)

Qualifications

  • Must not be on any corrective action or performance plans
  • Must have held your current position for 6+ months
  • Must have relevant industry/program experience

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
