Role Overview
The GTM Engineer for SIMBA is responsible for building and maintaining the outbound sales infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale. They will own the entire GTM tech stack—CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms—and deploy AI agents for automated research and personalized outreach to enhance sales efficiency. Their duties include optimizing top-of-funnel metrics, building integrations via APIs and automation tools, and evaluating emerging AI and GTM technologies. The role requires hands-on experience in building outbound systems, proficiency with modern GTM tools, and a metrics-driven mindset. It offers high ownership and impact within a fast-paced environment focused on innovative voice AI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Optimize top-of-funnel metrics through strategic lead sourcing and personalization

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in building and managing outbound sales systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GTM roles, preferably in the voice AI space
- Experience with CRM systems and GTM analytics tools
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles and their applications in sales
