Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Process basic administrative paperwork and digital documents.
  • Cook up calendars and meeting schedules.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's degree is preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
