Remote Epic Beaker Analyst with beaker CP certification

Job Summary (Epic Beaker Analyst) Support laboratory applications team by resolving backlog of Epic Beaker support tickets and service requests. Investigate and resolve Epic Beaker break/fix issues for both Clinical Pathology (CP) and Anatomic Pathology (AP). Complete application maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution of assigned support tickets. Troubleshoot and document issues in collaboration with laboratory and IT stakeholders. Communicate progress and findings clearly to relevant parties. Prioritize workload to help reduce overall support backlog. Test and validate system changes according to established team processes. Work independently with minimal supervision. Must hold current Epic Beaker CP certification and have hands-on experience with both CP and AP modules. Requires strong communication skills and experience in a healthcare IT environment.
