About the role

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and ready to operate independently while following a proven system. This is a 1099 contractor role — not a traditional job. Required certification before starting. You manage your own schedule; continued access to work depends on performance.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls from donors
• Guide conversations using structured scripts
• Enter donation and pledge details accurately
• Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
• Meet performance and attendance expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace
• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
• Dual monitors recommended
• No MacBooks or Chromebooks
