Remote Digital Solutions Business Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Digital Solutions Business Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will oversee operational execution across a digital solutions portfolio, with a focus on service setup, delivery, and software contract support. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to strengthen proposal quality, improve reporting discipline, and support effective business operations. It is well suited for a leader who can balance team management, financial oversight, and customer-facing coordination in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $146,700 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Lead a team of Operations Specialists responsible for service setup and delivery Manage a team of Sales Support Specialists providing support for software contracts Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Ensure high quality in new opportunity development tasks and proposal preparation Create and monitor business metrics and KPIs across the portfolio Drive monthly financial reporting and escalation processes Provide training and documentation of best practices within the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in project coordination or administration 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles 3+ years of experience working on Defense or U.S. Federal government contracts Knowledge of service business administration functions, including contracts and reporting Experience implementing cost-saving measures in service projects Strong leadership skills and the ability to support multi-disciplinary teams Benefits Variety of health and wellness benefits offered Access to potential training and development opportunities Possibility of obtaining a U.S. DoD Government Security Clearance Supportive work environment for multi-disciplinary teams Opportunities for career growth within the organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
