Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with Home Owners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Companies in the local area. They will develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Build long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Present franchise services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to enhance sales.
  • Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at local events and industry functions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in HOA or Property Management sectors.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently within a performance-based environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking is advantageous.
  • Local to the Charlotte area with capacity for in-person meetings.

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based with performance bonuses and evaluations.
