Remote Denials & AR Follow-Up Specialist

Start Date: 8/31. This is a 4+ week contract focused on resolving a backlog of over 6,400 professional insurance claims.

About the role

The team will be working denied, underpaid, rejected, and unpaid claims while performing payer follow-up, appeals, rebills, claim corrections, and account resolution within eClinicalWorks (eCW).

Schedule

• Fully remote
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
• 40 hours per week
• Potential contract extension

Requirements

• Recent hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Professional billing, AR follow-up, and denial management experience
• Experience with payer portals and insurance claim resolution
• Ability to work independently with minimal training

Pay

$26.00 – $32.00 per hour.
