The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to build a client-facing career in financial solutions without cold calling or door-to-door sales. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial goals, educate them on their options, and help them put clear, achievable plans in place.
What You'll Do
- Engage with clients remotely to understand their financial needs, concerns, and goals, and translate these into practical action plans.
- Develop tailored financial solutions, including budgeting, debt reduction, investment, and retirement strategies, using our training, tools, and templates.
- Conduct scheduled consultations and follow-ups (no cold calling or door-to-door work) to guide clients through key decisions and next steps.
- Use CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track client interactions, monitor account metrics, and manage your personal pipeline of relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients, strengthening relationships and increasing overall client satisfaction and retention.
What Success Looks Like
- Within your first 3–6 months, confidently conduct client consultations and present clear, customized financial solution plans with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain a growing portfolio of satisfied clients who regularly engage with you for guidance and refer others.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals tied to client activity, plan implementations, and retention, supporting earnings in the $30,000–$50,000 range based on results, with potential to go full-time and generate much more income.
- Demonstrate reliable, professional communication and accurate use of CRM tools, ensuring that client information, follow-ups, and next steps are always up to date.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen, with the ability to obtain any required state license and complete a background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-first mindset and the ability to build trust remotely.
- Comfort using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) or similar tools to manage client relationships and interpret basic account metrics.
- A proactive, coachable approach: eager to learn financial concepts, open to feedback, and driven to grow your impact and income over time.
