Remote Customer Service Representative - Hotel Bookings
About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing travel support team. In this role, you will assist clients with hotel reservations, provide travel-related information, and deliver excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with hotel research and booking
- Provide accurate details on pricing, availability, and amenities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain organized client records
- Participate in virtual training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer proficiency
- Interest in travel and hospitality
