Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding hotel reservations
- Confirm bookings and provide accurate information about room availability and amenities
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate records of all reservations
- Communicate effectively with hotel partners and other departments within the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with hotel reservation systems and CRM software
