Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding hotel reservations
  • Confirm bookings and provide accurate information about room availability and amenities
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all reservations
  • Communicate effectively with hotel partners and other departments within the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with hotel reservation systems and CRM software
