Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to hotel bookings
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding hotel availability and policies

- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
