Remote Customer Service Representative (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing timely solutions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and account updates.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet established performance metrics, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM and customer support software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain organized.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
