Responsibilities

- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Assisting with data management and other administrative tasks as part of our digital workflow solutions.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless service for our clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, client services, or a similar position.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software and digital platforms.
