Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend insurance products
- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits
- Aid with basic policy servicing, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check
- Active life insurance license preferred (or willing to obtain – we provide guidance!)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication
