About the role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver high-quality service and tailored insurance solutions in a fully virtual work setting serving the Orlando, FL area. The role focuses on assisting clients throughout the policy lifecycle while supporting the team's sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in evaluating and selecting insurance products that meet their needs.
- Support policy changes, endorsements and claims management with attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain trusting, long-term client relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Stay current on market developments and available product offerings relevant to the Florida market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales approaches and improve team performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions.
- Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Possession of relevant insurance licenses (Florida licenses preferred) or willingness to obtain required licenses.
- U.S. citizenship and residence within the United States; candidates should be located in or able to work Eastern Time hours, with preference for those based in the Orlando, FL area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
