Remote CSR– NJ Residents Only

Full-time temporary Remote Customer Service Representative opportunity for New Jersey residents who are dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting customers in a structured call center environment.

This work-from-home CSR role is ideal for candidates with customer service experience who can manage high-volume inbound calls, follow detailed procedures, and accurately document customer information. Team members work within a supportive customer care operation that values communication, reliability, teamwork, and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide courteous, professional support.
• Assist customers with questions related to applications, eligibility, and healthcare coverage.
• Accurately enter, update, process, and document customer information in designated systems.
• Follow established policies, procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex questions or issues to the appropriate support resource when needed.
• Attend required training, meetings, coaching sessions, and performance support activities.

Requirements

• Full availability is required between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Sunday.
• Specific work schedule will be assigned based on business needs, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Training is approximately 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET.
• Candidates must be on camera throughout training and nesting and maintain reliable attendance.
• Remote work-from-home position for New Jersey residents only.

Pay

• Pay rate is $18.00 per hour for English-speaking representatives.
• Pay rate is $19.00 per hour for English/Spanish bilingual representatives.

Schedule

• Full-time, temporary contract position.
• 40 hours per week.
