Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support in managing their food service needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Receive, process, and track food service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders meet specific dietary requirements and preferences of patients.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of menu offerings, special dietary needs, and allergen information to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare facilities, patients, nursing, and food service teams to coordinate meal delivery, special requests, and any changes in dietary needs.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on swift resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback for reporting and quality improvement purposes.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with company service standards and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all interactions and processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Embrace feedback from supervisors and actively seek opportunities to refine skills and elevate performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
