Remote Registered Dietician

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Remote Registered Dietitian who enjoys helping individuals improve their health through personalized nutrition coaching and chronic disease management. This fully remote role partners with members through virtual and telephonic consultations, providing practical guidance that supports long-term lifestyle changes. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team while making a meaningful impact on member health outcomes in a growing, team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide virtual nutrition counseling, wellness coaching, and behavior-change support for individuals managing chronic health conditions.
• Conduct telephonic and video consultations while developing individualized care plans that encourage sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support coordinated member care.
• Accurately document member interactions and care plans using CRM and case management platforms.
• Perform proactive member outreach and ongoing follow-up to improve engagement and long-term health outcomes.
• Adapt to evolving team priorities while contributing to a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential with current licensure required.
• Experience providing nutrition counseling, wellness coaching, or behavior-change interventions for individuals managing chronic health conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a virtual setting.
• Comfortable utilizing telehealth technology, electronic documentation systems, and remote collaboration tools.
• Flexible, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys supporting organizational growth.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
