Remote - Contact Center Representative - IHA Scheduling Team

About the role
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment. Outbound sales experience is a plus. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule no-cost In-Home Health Assessments, engage with members, address needs or complaints, and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
Responsibilities
- Answer or make calls to members to book appointments for In-Home Health Assessments.
- Learn about and address customer needs, complaints, or other service issues.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain solutions, and ensure customers feel supported.
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse angry clients as needed.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Make recommendations for products or services that suit client needs.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
- Be available for on-camera meetings as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.
Requirements

- Customer service or related experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
- Proficiency in various software and data entry, including MS Office.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred).

- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility with schedule (6 AM – 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday, possible Saturday hours).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities and a high-speed, stable internet connection.
- Eligibility to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States.
Pay
$15–$17/hour.
