Remote Communications & Content Manager

Position Title: Remote Communications & Content Manager Location: Remote Compensation: $60.00 - $64.00 / Per Hour Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). My client is seeking a candidate to manage internal and external communications across their organization and its portfolio of acquired businesses. This person will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice, ensuring editorial quality, and coordinating communications across multiple stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that requires strong writing and editorial skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Top Technical Requirements: Corporate Communications & PRDraft and coordinate press releases for acquisitions and other corporate announcements.Coordinate with external PR partners to distribute press releases through Business Wire and other media channels. Experience across both internal and external communications.Must have strong writing, editing, and editorial experience, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.Manage written communications across the organization, including acquisition announcements, company-wide emails, and internal updates Marketing Content & Brand ManagementManage website content and written marketing materials for acquired businesses that do not have dedicated marketing support.Develop and refine content to ensure messaging aligns with client’s brand voice, tone, and editorial standards. Experience in the financial services or insurance industry Expertise in LinkedIn corporate and executive account management (editorial planning, posting, governance).
