Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process for content creators, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define content needs and campaign objectives
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified content creators aligned with brand values and campaign goals
- Ensure timely communication and clear expectations with all hired creators
- Track progress and report on hiring milestones and deliverables
- Support the launch campaign by facilitating collaboration between creators and the brand team
Requirements
- Proven experience in content management, influencer marketing, or talent acquisition within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with digital content trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver results quickly
- Immediate availability to start and commit to the project timeline
- Prior experience with remote hiring processes is highly desirable
