Remote Collections- Bilingual (Spanish) - Houston, TX

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. This is a remote/work-from-home position; company-issued equipment will be provided. Additional details regarding equipment policies and procedures will be shared during the interview and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past-due accounts.
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of previous collections experience.
• 2 years of previous call center experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
• FDCPA knowledge (preferred).
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Remote Work Requirements

• Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up).
• Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots).
• Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload.
