About the role

Our client services team is seeking a Remote Client Services – Vacation Planning position in Seattle, Washington. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality vacation planning services to clients through remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed and personalized vacation planning services to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client preferences and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay updated with travel industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
