About the role

As a Remote Client Services Specialist, you will be the frontline of our engagement with clients, solving financial puzzles and turning challenges into opportunities. You’ll act as an innovative advisor and trusted companion to clients on their financial literacy journey, infusing every interaction with authenticity, enthusiasm, and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships with empathy and expertise.
• Educate and inspire clients about our diverse range of financial services, guiding them to make informed and confident decisions.
• Seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, increasing client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Master our CRM tools to deliver unparalleled customer management excellence.
• Ensure every customer experience is rewarding without cold calling or door-to-door knocking.

Performance Objectives (OKRs)

• Excel in obtaining customer feedback satisfaction scores of 90% or more.
• Maintain an impressive customer retention rate of 95% monthly.
• Discover two new sales opportunities each quarter, enlightening each client interaction.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness for seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly customer satisfaction scores.
• Customer retention rates and upsell percentages.
• Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
• Rapid response times to customer queries and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 18 years or older, eligible to work in the U.S.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving prowess.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred, though quick learners with enthusiasm are welcome.
• Obtain a Life Producer license within two weeks of joining.

Pay
