Description
The Emory University School of Medicine’s Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences seeks full-time fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologists for evening emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient work. This evening position rotates 1 week on (7 days, 9-hour shift, 6p-3a) and 2 weeks off (inclusive of recovery, vacation, CME, academic).
- This position equates to 121 clinical shifts per year.
- 17 weeks of remote clinical evenings per year!
- Clinical scope includes chest X-rays, chest CT, cardiac CT, and vascular imaging.
- Candidates will interpret images for trainees including radiology residents and neuroradiology fellows.
- Opportunities exist for additional shifts for additional pay covering cardiothoracic imaging, general radiology, and other body areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging.
- Abruptly certified/eligible and eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license.
Compensation
Compensation rates reflect newly updated and enhanced compensation rates effective 9/1/2026.
