Remote Call Center Rep - Starting Monday, September 14th

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

Pay

$15.00/hour

Schedule

Paid Training: Monday, September 14th, 2026 – 27 training days, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST.
Hours of Operation (following training): 7am – 7pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Proactively and consistently discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls, including water heaters, surge protection solutions, and in-home electrical wiring options
• Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting client-mandated KPIs
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented and inputted into the client system
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
• Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals

Key Results Areas:

• Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time
• Achieve Quality Assurance goals
• Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.)

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines
• Effective call-handling skills and high levels of professionalism
• Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance
• One to two years’ experience working in a call center environment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and ability to learn software applications
• High School graduate or equivalent

For Remote Positions:

• Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
• Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Minimum internet speed: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
• Camera required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
