About the Opportunity

The Remote Call Center Operator serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and managing communications remotely. This position supports operational teams by efficiently handling client inquiries and scheduling, ensuring a consistent and positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about services, project status, and billing
• Schedule appointments, site visits, and service calls for field teams
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Resolve customer issues or escalate complex problems appropriately
• Provide administrative support to project managers and staff
• Maintain thorough knowledge of services to inform clients accurately
• Adhere to communication procedures and policies to maintain service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in call center or customer service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone manner
• Active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Experience in construction or related trades is advantageous
• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is desirable

Pay

Salary range is $93,500 to $150,340 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.
