REMOTE CA Based: Complex Litigation Paralegal

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly regarded plaintiffs' litigation firm with a national practice and a reputation for handling sophisticated, high-exakes matters. The firm litigates complex cases throughout the country and offers paralegals the opportunity to work closely with accomplished trial attorneys on significant litigation.

About the Role

The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support a complex federal litigation matter and play an integral role throughout all phases of the case, from discovery through trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case dockets
• Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Coordinate document productions and maintain case databases

Requirements

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal supporting complex civil litigation matters
• Experience with California state and federal court procedures
• California resident able to work remotely within the state

Schedule

• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 37.5-hour workweek
• 100% remote within California
