About the role

A remote Business Analyst - Project Manager position is available in West Lake Hills, TX. The role requires 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and 40% of the responsibilities involve Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Translate documentation into clear, structured user stories that Development and QA teams can easily understand.
• Partner with senior-level business stakeholders; able to independently gather and refine requirements.
• Experience with custom-built solutions.
• API knowledge (strong plus).
• This candidate will be responsible for delivering projects "end-to-end", meaning they will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills; responsible for status reporting, KPI tracking, and leading stand-ups for offshore Development and QA teams.
