About the role
We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Business Analyst to support system integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and documenting existing business processes using Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodologies
- Data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies
- Developing and implementing process improvement strategies
- Providing guidance and training to ensure successful adoption of changes
- Supporting change readiness, including developing readiness plans and facilitating communication
- Applying Prosci ADKAR methodologies for change management
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and reinforcing sustainable change
Qualifications
- At least five years of analytical experience on IT projects within the last ten years
- Minimum three years in business systems analysis and design, supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Current Prosci Change Management Certification
- Experience with Accela Civic Platform or licensing modules (preferred)
