About the Opportunity
The Remote Booking & Travel Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the travel advisory team by scheduling client consultations and managing client communications. This position ensures smooth coordination between clients and advisors, contributing to the overall customer experience and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce personalized travel services
- Manage complex advisory calendars and coordinate initial consultations for travel advisors across varying time zones
- Maintain structured, consistent follow-up communication with interested clients and respond promptly to initial inquiries
- Keep accurate, real-time records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and scheduled meetings using CRM systems
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent interpersonal capabilities
- Prior professional experience in high-touch customer service, sales outreach, or appointment-setting roles is preferred
- Proven ability to work independently, maintain high productivity, and stay self-organized in a fully remote work environment
- Comfortable navigating modern scheduling tools, calendar applications, and standard CRM software infrastructure
- Genuine enthusiasm for the travel industry and a passion for helping clients explore unique destination opportunities
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Target annual salary range: $45,000.00 to $75,000.00 USD
Final salary placement within this range will be structured dynamically based on the candidate's depth of customer support experience, administrative skills, and performance qualifications
