- Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight, hotel, and car reservations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to bookings and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all client communications are professional and courteous.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Expedia.
