Responsibilities

  • Support booking and travel inquiries from clients via email, phone, and chat.
  • Handle cancellations, changes, and refunds efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight, hotel, and car reservations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure all client communications are professional and courteous.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Expedia.
