About the role

Support travel arrangements for clients and colleagues, including coordinating flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel itineraries and reservations for clients and colleagues
  • Communicate with vendors and confirm details of travel arrangements
  • Ensure all travel documents are completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Handle unexpected changes or cancellations in travel plans

Requirements

  • Proficiency in travel management software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of local and international travel regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in travel support or customer service
  • Experience with travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
