Remote - Boiler Field Service Technician - Missouri
About the role
The Remote Boiler Field Service Technician will provide field support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for Fulton’s thermal fluid, steam, and hydronic equipment across the Missouri territory. The role includes technical support and training for internal and external customers, collaboration with manufacturing, and upholding the company’s HEART values (Honesty and Integrity, Effective and Results Oriented, Always customer focused, Respectful and considerate, Team Player). On-the-job training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent field support, including commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Deliver technical support and training to internal and external customers
- Support manufacturing as needed
- Perform service work in a safe, efficient, and capable manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Prepare thoroughly for field jobs, ensuring site readiness
- Complete all required documentation and communication associated with service work
- Engage in value-added activities when not traveling, such as technical phone support, quality efforts, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–4 years of service technician experience required
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license
- Some travel required; occasional weekends and holidays

Pay
The pay range considers skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Potential income with overtime can exceed $125,000 annually. The disclosed pay range has not been adjusted for geographic differential.
Schedule
Guaranteed 40+ hours per week with some travel and occasional weekends or holidays.
