Remote BCBA Program Supervisor
About the role
Join us as a Remote Bilingual BCBA Program Supervisor—where you'll make a big impact on little lives, all while enjoying the perks of remote work. Even though you'll be 100% remote, you'll still oversee in-home programs for kids, making sure they're getting the best possible care. Programs typically run from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday. Occasional in-person training (Safety-Care, onboarding) may be required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee in-home programs for children aged 12 months to 12 years.
- Manage caseloads and ensure high-quality care for all clients.
- Collaborate with a dedicated scheduling team to reduce stress and improve success.
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification held for at least three years.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (transcript required).
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (covered by Coyne).
- Up-to-date TB test and BLS training.
- Adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
