About the role
We provide high-quality ABA services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), including children and their families. Our mission is to make evidence-based ABA services accessible to those who need them.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth and in-person in-home services
- Drive as required
- Ensure clients receive quality medically necessary ABA Services and Parent Education
- Train and supervise aspiring BCBAs and BCaBAs
Requirements
- Vested in the ABA Field
- Committed to the cause
- Willing to learn and grow
- Loving and caring for patients and their families
- Eager to train and supervise
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCaBA certification or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
