Remote BCBA - Clinical Supervisor

About the role

We provide high-quality ABA services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), including children and their families. Our mission is to make evidence-based ABA services accessible to those who need them.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and in-person in-home services
• Drive as required
• Ensure clients receive quality medically necessary ABA Services and Parent Education
• Train and supervise aspiring BCBAs and BCaBAs

Requirements

• Vested in the ABA Field
• Committed to the cause
• Willing to learn and grow
• Loving and caring for patients and their families
• Eager to train and supervise

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCaBA certification or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
