About the role

Aluma Care is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Our culture fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Serve as a supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Part-Time and Full-Time Available
  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
