Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Serve as a supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
- Part-Time and Full-Time Available
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
