About the role
This is a 100% remote position supporting our California region. Applicants must reside in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring they implement treatment plans with high reliability and fidelity.
- Drive Positive Change: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs that continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and solve problems to help each client reach their potential.
- Embrace Challenges with Grace: Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Lead with Initiative and Openness: Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passport (for international travel)
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using Central Reach
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Pay
Base Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
Bonus: Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)
