BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Remote

Responsibilities

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and write reports summarizing results
• Developing and overseeing positive behavior support plans
• Overseeing implementation of treatment plans
• Aiding staff in daily training for targeted behavioral needs and implementing behavior support plans
• Training staff to implement strategies to prevent occurrence of target behaviors and de-escalation strategies
• Ongoing monitoring of data and making programming adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
• Minimum of one year post-BCBA certification experience
• Preference for Spanish speaking ability

Qualifications

• Knowledge and abilities utilizing ABA principles to influence behavior
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Ability to collaborate with teams to create optimal environments for behavior change
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
