Key Responsibilities
- Serving as a main contact for client support and account coordination
- Responding to client inquiries and processing orders accurately
- Preparing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable/payable, and assisting with account reconciliation
- Coinciding shipping and delivery logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintaining detailed records of orders, specifications, and shipping information
- Communicating order updates and following up on pending client needs
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to keep projects on track
- Supporting operational workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 2+ years in account support, customer service, sales support, logistics, or order management
- Experience in B2B environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
