Remote B2B Account Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as a main contact for client support and account coordination
  • Responding to client inquiries and processing orders accurately
  • Preparing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable/payable, and assisting with account reconciliation
  • Coinciding shipping and delivery logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintaining detailed records of orders, specifications, and shipping information
  • Communicating order updates and following up on pending client needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to keep projects on track
  • Supporting operational workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2+ years in account support, customer service, sales support, logistics, or order management
  • Experience in B2B environments preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  • Dependable, responsive, calm under pressure, and ownership-driven, with a passion for detail and client satisfaction
