REMOTE Auto Subrogation Attorney – California Bar Required!

Position Overview

The Associate Attorney will focus exclusively on auto subrogation matters, managing a contingency-based caseload from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of auto subrogation matters from initial filing through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda
• Handle court appearances, including case management conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, mediations, and trials as needed
• Take and defend depositions
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Negotiate settlements and work toward efficient claim resolution
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission required
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Deposition experience required for candidates with less than 2 years of experience
• Auto subrogation experience is a plus
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Stable employment history preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000–$150,000
• Additional compensation: Eligible for discretionary bi-annual bonuses after completing one full year of employment
• Annual performance reviews with merit increases
