Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Base Salary: $130,000 - $200,000+ Lead Meaningful Audit Work with a Growing Public Accounting Firm A nationally respected CPA firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager to join its expanding assurance practice. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of audit engagements from initial planning through completion and issuance of final reports.Manage and review audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance engagements for a variety of clients.Lead engagement teams by providing direction, feedback, coaching, and technical support.Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a key advisor throughout the engagement process.Evaluate audit procedures, identify risks, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.Assist with improving engagement processes, team efficiency, and overall audit quality.Collaborate with firm leadership on client service initiatives and practice growth. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Active CPA license required.5+ years of recent public accounting audit experience.Prior experience managing audit engagements and supervising team members.Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and current audit standards.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a remote setting.Experience with audit platforms such as CCH Engagement, CaseWare, or similar software.
