We are hiring an Audit Manager to join our assurance practice fully remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial statement audit engagements across a diverse commercial client base from planning through issuance
• Own the day-to-day client relationship — you are the face of the engagement, not a layer removed from it
• Review workpapers, lead fieldwork, and ensure engagements are delivered on time and on budget
• Mentor and develop senior associates and staff
• Collaborate directly with partners on client strategy and business development
• Apply technical knowledge to complex accounting issues — ASC research, financial reporting matters, and client-specific challenges

Requirements

• Active CPA required
• 5–7+ years of public accounting audit experience with at least 1–2 years managing engagements or supervising teams
• Big 4 or Top 25 background strongly preferred — you have seen what a rigorous audit looks like and you have run one
• Strong technical foundation in US GAAP and financial statement auditing across commercial industries
• Strong client-facing communication skills — someone clients trust and want on their engagement
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote-first environment
