Responsibilities
- Accurately type and format documents from various sources, including audio files, digital drafts, and handwritten notes.
- Proofread and edit all materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors to ensure a high standard of quality.
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision to update and maintain company databases and records.
- Organise and manage digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and securely stored.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong command of the English language, with exceptional skills in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated and reliable work ethic, essential for a remote position.
- The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
