Responsibilities

  • Proofread and edit all materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors to ensure a high standard of quality.
  • Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision to update and maintain company databases and records.
  • Organise and manage digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and securely stored.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong command of the English language, with exceptional skills in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated and reliable work ethic, essential for a remote position.
  • The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
