Remodeling Project Manager

About the role

Coors Remodeling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented full-time Remodeling Project Manager to join our team in Lafayette, IN. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $22.50 – $27.50 and a supportive, hands-on environment where you'll make a direct impact on every project and build lasting relationships with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Check in on job sites daily, ensuring everything is on track and up to company standards
• Communicate daily with homeowners, keeping them informed about progress and upcoming plans
• Step in to work directly on projects when expertise is needed
• Collaborate closely with allied professionals
• Schedule the production of jobs
• Connect with the billing team to ensure all aspects of each project run smoothly
• Report to the Production Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction or remodeling
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills for daily updates with homeowners and teamwork
• Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple aspects of production
• Willingness to work onsite and in office as required
