Remodel Merchandiser

Overview

SPAR is growing its overnight reset and remodel merchandising team. The Reset Merchandiser will remodel the interiors of big‑box retailers, building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. Ideal candidates have experience in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, are self‑sufficient, highly motivated, comfortable with a tool bag, and can produce high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work overnight remodeling big‑box retail stores.
• Build and assemble retail store shelving and fixtures.
• Follow Plan‑O‑Grams for items tagged and approved by store management.
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics.
• Engage in considerable physical activity, lifting and carrying up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to use basic tools required for the job.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, personal cell phone, and valid email address.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Steel‑toed footwear required on the job site.
• Planogram experience (preferred).
• Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.

Pay

$20 per hour.

Schedule

10 PM – 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
