Remodel Merchandiser

About the Role

Remodel Merchandiser – part of SPAR’s overnight reset and remodel merchandising team, responsible for remodeling the interiors of big‑box retailers. The role involves building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work overnight remodeling big‑box retail stores.
• Build and assemble retail store shelving and fixtures.
• Follow Plan‑O‑Grams for items tagged and approved by store management.
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics.
• Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lb.
• Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours.
• Willingness to work overnight shift.
• Knowledge/ability to use basic tools required for the job.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, personal cell phone, and valid email address.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Steel‑toed footwear required on job site.
• Planogram experience (preferred).

Pay

$20 per hour.

Schedule

Overnight shift: 10 PM – 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
