The North Dallas Pet Care Center is hiring Relief Veterinary Technicians to support both general practice and urgent care services, allowing you to use your full range of skills with a variety of cases and patients.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of procedures and treatments.
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics.
• Educate pet parents with compassion and clarity.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and patient histories.
• Promote low-stress and Fear‑Free techniques in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on veterinary experience in a clinical setting.
• Confidence in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow.

Pay

Top compensation – $25 per hour for weekday shifts and $28 per hour for weekend shifts.
